1) CTR Tours & Travels

1. 1. Overseas bookings require advance payment via direct transfer to our bank account.
   2. One day refers to one calendar day, not 24 hours.
   3. Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
   4. Inside vehicle drinking alcohol and smoking is 100% strictly prohibited 🚫.
   5. Standing A/C is not allowed in Idle times.
   6. Vehicle bookings are subject to availability
   7. Estimated fare excludes toll fee , state permit & parking charges For All type Vehicles
   8. After the permitted kilometers and time for your trip are completed, an additional charge will be collected for the extra kilometers and time used. This applies to all types of vehicles.
   9. Where you get down from the vehicle you are traveling in, the return kilometers and toll charges will be calculated and collected up to the vehicle garage from where you boarded.
   10. The company will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle reaches the pickup point on time and arrives at the destination on time. However, the company will not be responsible for any roadblocks, traffic, or unexpected delays that occur beyond its control.
   11. Using AC is prohibited in hill areas 🚫 Kilometers and toll fees will be calculated only from shed to shed.
   12. Speed limits as per traffic rules and passenger/luggage limits as per RTO norms.
   13. Staying or sleeping inside the vehicle at night while it is parked is not allowed. The vehicle is strictly for travel purposes only.
   14. We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.
   15. CTR Tours & Travels shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle or after the hire period.
   16. All vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest standards. CTR Tours & Travels is not liable for any unforeseen breakdowns or accidents
   17. All disputes are subject to Madurai jurisdiction.

2) Misuse of Company Name

If you use the company’s name to travel with unknown persons (or any unauthorized individuals) without our knowledge, CTR Tours & Travels will not be responsible for any unforeseen incidents.

3) Vehicle Type Changes

Once you have selected and booked your desired vehicle, it cannot be changed for any reason.

4) Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. If you cancel the booking within 20 days, only 50% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
2. If the booking is cancelled after 20 days, no refund will be provided.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
